accomplishment

i made a huge accomplishment today..

if you will....

look at the right side (?) of my blog... yes... if your speakers are on.. you should be hearing some music. and the music that you are hearing is just about my favorite songs of the past couple weeks.. it took me a really long time to figure out how to get music on here... but i did it (:

no promises on updating that anytime soon.

Lately I seem to have been really busy, even though I'm not working at all right now.. between day to day life and waking up, cleaning, cooking, laundry and such like i feel i should do... and christmas shopping, wrapping, christmas parties, family visits, and writing thank you cards still from the wedding (i'm sorry!) i feel like I don't have much time.

I'm slowly getting everything into order.

My New years resolution: (i know its a little early to be thinking of this)

but just like everyone else... Exercise.

blogging weekly, if not more

writing in my journal

going to bed early, waking up early... (early for me will be 7am!)

I'll come up with some more over the next couple of weeks.

We went up to my Cabin for a night last week with my family, and got to sled and snowmobile with the kids and cousins all night and day. (: We also got to put our new snow clothes to use for once!

This was from one of the Christmas parties we went to last week. It was a white elephant/ ugly sweater party (:... Me and Sterling got ours at Walmart.. in the Women's section... his turtle-neck was a little snug on his arms... (because of his ripped guns, he was saying) (:

We have most of our christmas shopping done. I have a couple of things I need to finish up on still, but for the most part... we have finished.

I feel pretttty good about what I got Sterling for Christmas.. Except--- he keeps telling me how excited i'm going to be on christmas, and how he absolutely can't wait for me to open my presents, and it makes me nervous that mine won't be as good as whatever it is that he got me? hmmm maybe i'm just being dumb

we put up our first Christmas tree a couple weeks ago. I personally think its perfect. We have a nice silver and red theme on it and a cute C ornament that our friends Tahnee and Brett gave us. (:

We also made our first Gingerbread house on the same night, and we watched Home Alone. (: A really Christmasy Night (:

KADE AND BRITTANY MOVE HOME FROM ITALY NEXT WEEK..

sheesh its about time.. must have been such a hard life over there! lol

we really really missed them, and are really excited to hang out with them for a week or two until they go back to philly... But we'll be visiting them in Philadelphia hopefully this spring or next fall? we'll see. (:

Our Kitten Porche (pronounced Porscha)

She is getting big.. and by big we think she is getting hugely fat. but the vet said she is normal when we went in for her shots... she only gained a pound in the last 6 weeks... so maybe she is just fluffy..

Lately... her newest fettish is.... unwrapping the presents and trying the jump and get all the ornaments off the tree.. (this doesn't make sterling happy)

We are SERIOUSLY contemplating de-clawing her.. thoughts? she doesn't make sterling happy when she tears up our paper floor lamp in our room.. We clipped her nails last night.. she was howling at us.. but hey... it helps.

In a few weeks she is going to get her little ta-ta's clipped... and by that i mean she is getting spayed.

For Whitney's birthday, we had her sleep over.. We played games for a couple hours, and watched a movie.. Then the next morning we went Bowling and to costco to eat all the samples then hot tubbing with her and sterling's nieces and nephew. (: A fun-filled day. (:

We went to the Jazz game on monday night with Sterling's office.

And with Sterling's office, that means we got to go with our besties... Tahnee and Brett

We have been hanging out with those two quite a lot lately.. Sterling and Brett are on this GUN kick. in the past month, Ster has bought 2 guns, a 22 rifle and a concealed size gun, a 380 LCP.. and Brett also bought a few. So... needless to say, we go shooting a lot.

We went shooting last night in Orem... That tiny gun has a TON of power! I personally prefer the 22. a lot more quiet and not so much kick. (:

Not too many more updates.. Just hanging around getting stuff done and keeping pretty busy!
