Calaigh and Sterling: LAS VEGAS- Valentines Weekend 2011

Sterling took me to Las Vegas for our first Valentines. So.. here are the pictures that show our adventures.

.....stayed in the Luxor Hotel & Casino.

.....got our photo taken with the Chipendales.

.....Sterling too. [[he liked it]]

.....we met up with my dad [who was at a Las Vegas auction for the night] and he took us to an all you can eat buffet. No. this wasn't like chuk-a-rama. all you can eat steak, crab legs, sushi, shicken, gelato, ice cream, fajitas, chinese food, noodles, italian..etc.

delicioso.

.....drove in my dad's B-E-A-utiful car to dinner.

.....met our funny friend who helped us get my pearl. we chose our own oyster and cracked it open and put it in a necklace for me to keep always.

.....put the pearl in a fish necklace. (:

.....went to the world famous pawn shop. (pawn stars)

......and we were star struck.

....made goofy faces in the car while driving on the strip.

.....went sightseeing. no.. its not the REAL caesar's palace.

.....got our picture taken with some Romans in front of the Celine Dion show inside Caesar's Palace.

.....went to the "O" show by Cirque du Soleil (pretty sure that is spelled wrong)

it was absolutely incredible.

.....ate at tequilla & taco's. (a restaurant inside our hotel)

.....we visited the statue of liberty in front of New York New York.

.....even went on a rollercoaster in New York.... kinda.

....made angry faces for pictures because "i wasn't smiling real"

.....had my first milkshake in months. (hey, it was vacation.. allowed.)

.....Sterling may or may not have lost a few dollars to the casino god.

and i can easily put the blame on him, still being underage and all... i didn't have anything to do with it (:

.....Went to the Stratosphere. (my first time) and went on the world's highest roller coasters.

.....i was pretty dang scared, if you can't tell by my face in all the pics.

....i was really trying hard to be brave.

......my favorite stuck over the side and tilted you toward the earth (a plummeting 112 floors beneath you) and then spun you in circles. fast.

.....then we had to wait for our valet for 45 minutes.

.....the Stratosphere's rollercoasters in motion.

.....cheesy newlyweds.

.....went to the GINORMOUS fashion show mall.

and found our store! we demanded a share of the profits.

.....saw a white-house black-market fashion show.

.....yet ANOTHER milkshake. from Johnny Rockets.

we shared a butterfinger milkshake. mmmm

....cruising the strip by foot

....went to the MGM.

....and met some Lionesses

....they seemed like lovers. but maybe just best friends.

.....visited the M&M factory.

we got a little bag of our favorite colors.. and mini m&m's. (my favorite)

.....i gave a live m&m a big green smooch.

haha (:

....walked the strip with our gigantic chocolate friends.

.....got an itty bitty glass diet coke from the coca-cola 4 story store.

....on our last night we went to the Lion King Broadway Play at Mandalay Bay.

it was the happiest thing in my whole world.

....couldn't leave without a Lion King souvineer from the gift shop!

....went and ate our last dinner at the Hard Rock Cafe.

[[we didn't get a picture, but Valentines day morning we went to the spa and got an hour massage before our drive home. Sterling also got some steam room time while i enjoyed the sauna. (: ]]

....started our drive back to the cold.
